Product Overview

The NSI45020AT1G is a constant current regulator and LED driver in 2 pin SOD-123 package. This linear constant current regulator (CCR) is a simple, economical and robust device designed to provide cost effective solution for regulating current in LEDs (similar to constant current diode and CCD). The CCR is based on self biased transistor (SBT) technology and regulates current over a wide voltage range. It is designed with negative temperature coefficient to protect LEDs from thermal runaway at extreme voltages and currents. The NSI45020AT1G turns on immediately and is at 25% of regulation with only 0.5V Vak (Anode to Cathode Voltage). It requires no external components allowing it to be designed as a high or low side regulator.
  • 460mW robust power package
  • Voltage surge suppression
  • UL94−V0 certified
  • Steady state current of 20mA at Vak = 7.5V
  • Operating junction temperature range from -55 °C to 150°C
  • High or low side control

Details:
I am trying to run ten 50 watt led chips. they are rated dc 32v-35v 1500ma. I have wired small led lights using 1 and 3 watt chips but never the larger ones.
I am kinda confused on what driver to use. any help would be greatly appreciated.

A:
Suggesting two solution here , one with module and one with semi-IC.

1. LED driver module - 41T2564 (Newark code), one driver you can connect 10W each 3 LEDs.
Current rating -4.2A
Output voltage -21-35V

2. LED driver IC, 57M8331 (Newark code)
Currrent rating 4.5A, 42V , one driver can drive 3 LEDs.
