Product Overview

The 1N4004RLG is an axial-leaded standard Recovery Rectifier with an epoxy molded case, all external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal lead is readily solderable finish. The diffused junction rectifier is suitable for general purpose and low-power applications.
  • Cathode indicated by polarity band
  • 480V Non-repetitive peak reverse voltage
  • 280V RMS reverse voltage
