Product Overview

The D6T-44L-06 from Omron is a MEMS thermal sensor. It is small size, high accuracy, low noise, high sensitivity sensor that enables detection of stationary human presence by non contact temperature measurement.
  • 4 x 4 element type
  • Superior noise immunity with a digital output
  • High precision area temperature detection with low cross talk field of view characteristics
  • Unique MEMS and ASIC technology achieve a high SNR
  • Power supply voltage range from 4.5VDC to 5.5VDC
  • Viewing angle in X direction is 44.2° and Y direction 45.7°
  • Current consumption is typically 5mA
  • I2C digital output
  • Hot spot detection
  • Variety of pixel arrays available

Do not use the sensor in locations where dust, dirt, oil that will adhere to the lens. This may prevent correct temperature measurements.
