The TWR-K20D50M module is a development board for the Kinetis K20 50MHz 32bit ARM Cortex-M4 MCUs and provides rapid prototyping for applications requiring high feature integration and low power consumption. The tower system module operates as a standalone debug tool and can also be combined and used as part of the modular tower system development platform.

  • Integrated, open source JTAG
  • Ready for USB 2.0 On the go (full speed) connectivity
  • MMA8451Q 3-axis accelerometer
  • Two capacitive touch pads
  • Tower plug in (TWRPI) socket for sensor and touch boards expansion (keypads, rotary dials, sliders)
  • Tower connectivity for access to UART, SPI, I²C
  • Microphone, buzzer and SAI (I²S) connector
  • Plus potentiometer, four LEDs, pushbuttons, infrared port and battery holder
