Product Overview

The DC9S08QE8 is an daughter card for DEMO9S08QE8, in combination of this daughter card and DEMOQE baseboard they can be used to highlight the key features on the MC9S08QE8 device. The DEMO9S08QE8 board also has a power terminal to measure the ultra low power consumption of the MC9S08QE8 device.
  • 8bit HCS08 central processing unit (CPU)
  • Up to 128KB flash read/program/erase over full operating voltage and temperature
  • Up to 8KB random access memory (RAM)
  • Two analog comparator
  • Analog digital converter
  • Two I2C interfaces(Up to 100kbps with maximum bus loading)
  • Up to 70 GPIO (General Purpose Input/output), one input only and one output only pin
  • Watchdog computer operating properly reset with option to run from dedicated 1kHz internal clock
  • Single wire background debug interface
  • ICE debug module
