Product Overview

The BZV55 series from NXP are surface mount low power voltage regulator diodes which are hermetically sealed in SOD80C package. The device features non repetitive peak reverse power dissipation ≤ 40 W, total power dissipation≤ 500mW and low differential resistance applicable at general regulation functions.
  • Wide working voltage range from 2.4V to 75V (E24 range)
  • Total power dissipation of 400mW at Tamb ≤ 50°C
  • Operating junction temperature range from -65°C to 200°C
  • Available in ±2% and ±5% tolerance
  • Forward current of 250mA
  • Maximum forward voltage VF of 900mV at IF 10mA
