Product Overview

The BAT74,215 is a planar double Schottky Barrier Diode with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. Two electrically isolated Schottky barrier diode, encapsulated in a small SOT143B surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package. It is used for ultra high-speed switching, voltage clamping, protection circuits and blocking diode.
