Product Overview

The IL712-3E is a 1-transmit channel unidirectional 110Mbaud high-speed Digital Isolator CMOS device manufactured with NVEs patented IsoLoop® spintronic giant magneto resistive (GMR) technology. A unique ceramic/polymer composite barrier provides excellent isolation and virtually unlimited barrier life. The symmetric magnetic coupling barrier provides a typical propagation delay of only 10ns and a pulse width distortion as low as 300ps, achieving the best specifications of any isolator. Typical transient immunity of 50kV/µs is unsurpassed.
