Product Overview

The NTE6412 is a Bilateral Trigger Diode (DIAC) offers 63V voltage characteristics. This device is triggered from a blocking-to-conduction state for either polarity of applied voltage whenever the amplitude of applied voltage exceeds the break-over voltage rating of the DIAC.
