Product Overview

The NTE6400A is a Silicon Unijunction Transistor has a stable N-type negative resistance characteristic. The transistor is useful in oscillators, timing circuits, trigger circuits and pulse generators where it can serve the purpose of two conventional silicon or germanium transistors. It is intended for applications where circuit economy is of primary importance.
