Product Overview

The NTE573 is a Schottky barrier Rectifier Diode features low power loss and high efficiency. Surge overload rating to 150A peak. Ideally suited for use in high frequency SMPS, inverters and as free wheeling diodes.
  • Guard ring for transient and ESD protection
  • 42V RMS reverse voltage
  • 400pF Typical junction capacitance
