Product Overview

The NTE5656 is a 3-pin Bidirectional Sensitive-gate TRIAC will be switched from off-state to conduction for either polarity of applied voltage with positive or negative gate-trigger current and is designed to be driven directly with IC and MOS devices. This device features a void-free glass passivated chips.
