Product Overview

The NTE109-5 is a 2-pin 80V fast general purpose Germanium Diode with good switching characteristics. This is a high conductance device for low impedance circuits, high resistance-high conductance for efficient coupling, clamping and matrix service and forward and inverse pulse recovery for critical pulse applications.
