Product Overview

The PS9117A-F3-AX is a 1-channel 10Mbps open collector output High-Speed Photocoupler containing a GaAlAs LED on the input side and a photodiode and a signal processing circuit on the output side on one chip. It is designed specifically for high common mode transient immunity (CMR) and low pulse width distortion. The photocoupler is suitable for high density application.
  • Pulse width distortion (35ns maximum)
  • High common mode transient immunity (CMH, CML = ±15kV/μs minimum)
  • High isolation voltage (BV = 3750Vrms)
