Product Overview

The PS8101-F3-AX is a 1-channel 5-pin analogue output type Optically Coupled Isolator containing a GaAlAs LED on the light emitting diode (input side) and a PIN photodiode and a high-speed amplifier transistor on the output side on one chip. The high CMR photocoupler is suitable for general purpose inverter and substitutions for relays and pulse transformers.
  • High common-mode transient immunity (CMH, CML=±10kV/μs minimum)
  • High-speed response (tPHL=0.8μs maximum, tPLH=1.2μs maximum)
  • 35V High supply voltage
  • -55 to +100°C Operating ambient temperature range
