Product Overview

The OSW-8339 from Multicomp is a surface mount, high power tricolour LED. Materials used for LED are A1GaInP/Si for red, InGaN / sapphire for green LED and InGaN /A12 O3 for blue.
  • Available in red, true green and blue colour
  • All chips can be individually driven to provide the required colour
  • Maximum forward voltage is 2.8V for red and 4V for green/blue
  • Forward current (If) is 350mA
  • Viewing angle of 120°
  • Luminous intensity is 30.5mcd for red, 50mcd for true green and 13.9mcd for blue
  • Dominant wavelength of 630nm for red, 535nm for green and 475nm for blue
  • Water clear lens type
