Product Overview

The TC1047AVNBTR is a precision temperature to voltage converter in 3 pin SOT-23B package. The output voltage of this device is directly proportional to measured temperature. The output voltage range is typically 100mV at -40°C, 500mV at 0°C, 750mV at +25°C and 1.75V at +125°C. A 10mV/°C voltage slope output response allows for predictable temperature measurement over a wide temperature range.
  • Supply voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V
  • Output voltage of 750mV at TA = 25°C
  • High temperature converter accuracy of ±0.5°C at 25°C
  • Linear temperature slope of 10mV/°C
  • Very low supply current of 35μA
  • Output source and sink current of 100μA
  • Wide temperature measurement range from -40°C to 125°C
