Product Overview

The MCP4231-103E/P is a 7/8-bit single/dual SPI Digital Potentiometer with volatile memory. The MCP41/423X device is volatile, 7-bit (129 wiper steps) digital potentiometer with an SPI compatible interface. The MCP41/42XX family is available with end-to-end resistor values of 5KΩ, 10KΩ, 50kΩ and 100KΩ. These devices offer a variety of configurations simplifying design while minimizing cost, package size and pin count. This family of devices support 7-bit and 8-bit resistor networks and potentiometer and rheostat pinouts.
