Product Overview

The 24LC02B-I/SN is a 2Kbit serial I2C EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) in 8 pin SOIC package. The device is organized as one block of 256 x 8bit memory with two wire serial interface. Low voltage design permits operation down to 1.7V with standby and active currents of only 1μA and 1mA respectively. The 24LC02B has a page write capability for up to 8bytes of data.
  • Maximum clock frequency is 400KHz
  • Supply voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V
  • Low power CMOS technology
  • Schmitt trigger inputs for noise suppression
  • Output slope control to eliminate ground bounce
  • Page write time is typically 3ms
  • Self timed erase/write cycle
  • Hardware write protect
  • More than 1 million erase/write cycles and greater than 200 years data retention
  • Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
