Product Overview

The 24AA02E48T-I/OT is a 2Kbit serial I2C EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) with EUI-48 node identity in 5 pin SOT-23 package. The device is organized as two blocks of 128 x 8bit memory with two wire serial interface. Low voltage design permits operation down to 1.7V with maximum standby current of only 1μA and maximum active current of 1mA. The 24AA02E48T has page write capability for up to 8bytes of data.
