Product Overview

The DS1100Z-200+ is a 5 tap economy timing element (delay line) in 8 pin NSOIC package. The device has 5 equally spaced taps and it is offered in surface mount package to save PCB area. Low cost and superior reliability over hybrid technology is achieved by combination of 100% silicon delay line and industry standard NSOIC packaging. The 5 tap silicon delay line reproduces input logic state at output after a fixed delay of 200ns and it has 40ns delay time per tap. The DS1100 is designed to reproduce both leading and trailing edges with equal precision. Each tap can drive up to 10 74LS loads.
