I would like to use a Lumex module to display instructions to the plant personnel on the proper sequence to operate the equipment.

Answers

A: 
You need to program your microcontroller with LCD control code as per your requirement. You can use Newark part 66T7936 (kit) for interfacing the LCD module through GPIO pins.
