The P6KE series Transient Voltage Suppression Diode designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. It is ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus and other vulnerable circuits.
  • 5000W Peak pulse power capability at 10x1000μs waveform
  • Glass passivated junction
  • Excellent clamping capability
  • Low incremental surge resistance
  • 0.01% Repetition rate (duty cycle)
  • <1μA when VBR minimum >12V IR
  • ESD protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2
  • EFT protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-4
  • Available in unidirectional and bidirectional
  • -55 to 175°C Operating junction temperature range
