Product Overview

The 1.5KE220CA is a 2-pin 185V axial-leaded Transient Voltage Suppression Diode designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The typical failure mode is short from over-specified voltage or current. It has 1500W peak pulse capability at 10/1000μs waveform and 0.01% repetition rate (duty cycles). The Pb-free E3 means 2nd level interconnect is Pb-free and the terminal is tin (Sn) finish, matte tin lead-free plated.
