Product Overview

DC1813A-H demonstrates the DC and AC performance of LTC2364-18 ADC in conjunction with DC590 QuikEval and DC718C QuikEval II data collection boards. The LTC2364 is a low power, low noise 18bit Pseudo-differential unipolar SAR ADCs with serial outputs that can operate from a single 2.5V supply. The LTC2364-18 has a high speed SPI compatible serial interface while also featuring a daisy-chain mode. The fast 250Ksps throughput with no cycle latency makes the LTC2364-18 ideally suited for a wide variety of high speed applications. An internal oscillator sets the conversion time, easing external timing considerations. The LTC2364-18 automatically powers down between conversions, leading to reduced power dissipation that scales with the sampling rate. Default reference of 5V is provided by LTC6655-5 reference and buffer LT6202 is used to drive ADC.
