The KP-2012SRC-PRV from Kingbright is a surface mount, super bright red colour rectangular chip LED. This device made of gallium aluminium arsenide red light emitting diode which can operate with wide viewing angle and low power consumption.
  • Standard size of 2mm x 1.25mm SMT LED, 1.1mm thickness
  • Luminous intensity of 100mcd at 20mA
  • Viewing angle is 120°
  • Forward voltage is 1.85V
  • Forward current (If) is 20mA
  • Dominant wavelength is 640nm at IF=20mA
  • Peak wavelength is 660nm at IF=20mA
  • Water clear lens type
