Product Overview

The KP-1608SGC from Kingbright is a surface mount, super bright green colour rectangular chip LED. The device is made of gallium phosphide green light emitting diode which can operate with wide viewing angle and low power consumption.
  • Standard size of 1.6mm x 0.8mm SMT LED, 1.1mm thickness
  • Luminous intensity of 12mcd at 20mA
  • Viewing angle is 120°
  • Forward voltage is 2.2V
  • Forward current (If) is 20mA
  • Dominant wavelength is 568nm at IF=20mA
  • Peak wavelength is 656nm at IF=20mA
  • Water clear lens type
