Product Overview

The Kemet T350 Ultradip II series are radial leaded, polarized tantalum capacitors. These miniature solid tantalum capacitors provide designer with advantage of compactness, low leakage and low dissipation factor performance characteristics for filtering, bypassing, coupling, blocking and RC timing circuits. T350 Ultradip II series exhibit no degradation failure mode during shelf storage and show constantly decreasing failure rate during life tests. Ultradip II series provides self insulating cases which are resistant to shock and vibration. These capacitors exhibit low DCL, ESR and impedance and have excellent temperature stability.
  • Capacitance value ranges from 0.1μF to 680μF
  • Rated voltage range from 3V to 50V
  • ±5%, ±10% and ±20% tolerance
  • Operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C
