Product Overview

The 5805 is a 0.9m Kelvin Probe Kit with 2 spring-loaded test probes with banana plug termination. Designed to be used with 2400-series Source Meter SMU instruments, 2750, DMMs, Keithley Instruments that measure 4-terminal resistance and in-circuit current. 1/8-inch spacing between pin tips.
