Texas Instruments Piccolo family available at Newark
32-bit MCU performance, energy efficiency and real-time control now practical for a wide range of cost-sensitive applications

Available for same-day shipping at http://www.newark.com/texas-instruments the new Piccolo F2802x/F2803x microcontrollers (MCUs) offer a combination of 32-bit performance, enhanced peripherals and small package sizes starting at 38-pins.
These features allow designers to add real-time control and system management using just one microcontroller for a wide range of industrial, consumer and automotive applications, including solar power micro-inverters, LED lighting, white good appliances and hybrid automotive batteries. Previously, this technology was cost-prohibitive for use in most applications outside of mobile devices.
