The technical team, located at the company's headquarters in Chicago, has received much of its product training from Newark suppliers. Twenty-five year veteran engineer Steve Trinco has been hired to lead the technical support team. Trinco has previously managed technical support groups and field application engineers in the computer, automatic test and telecommunications industries, at such companies as Tellabs.
