The TLP521-4 from Isocom is a through hole optically coupled isolator in DIP 16 pin package. Isolator consist of infrared light emitting diodes and NPN silicon photo transistor. This isolator is widely used for computer terminals, industrial system controllers, signal transmission between systems of different potentials and impedances.
