The H11AA4X is a 1-channel 6-pin AC input phototransistor Optically Coupled Isolator consists of two infrared light emitting diodes connected in inverse parallel and NPN silicon phototransistor. It is suitable for industrial systems controllers, signal transmission between systems of different potentials and impedances.
