Product Overview

The CGH series from International Resistive are precision high voltage axial thick film resistors. These thick film resistors are made of epoxy coated body with diamond spiralled thick film element and heat conducting ceramic substrate.
  • Resistance values range from 50Kohm to 2000Mohm
  • Power rating range from 1/4W to 5W at 70°C
  • Voltage rating range from 750V to 20000V
  • ±0.5%, ±1%, ±2% and ±5% resistance tolerances
  • Temperature coefficient of ±50ppm/°C and ±100ppm/°C
  • Dielectric strength of ±0.05% at typical ΔR
  • 10^11ohm typ insulation resistance at 500VDC
  • High voltage, high power resistor
