Product Overview

IRDC3832W is an evaluation board which features the IR3832W synchronous buck converter. It includes important protection functions such as pre-bias startup, hiccup current limit and thermal shutdown to provide the required system level security in the event of fault conditions. This board provides output over current protection function is implemented by sensing the voltage developed across the on-resistance of the synchronous rectifier MOSFET for optimum cost and performance.
