Product Overview

The HIH-4000-002 is a humidity sensor in 3 pin SIP package with 1.27mm pitch spacing. It is designed specifically for high volume OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) users. Direct input to controller or other device is made possible by this sensor’s near linear voltage output. The HIH-4000-002 is often ideally suited for low drain, battery operated systems with typical current draw of only 200μA. Tight sensor interchangeability eliminates calibration costs. The device delivers instrumentation quality RH (Relative Humidity) sensing performance in a competitively priced, solderable single in-line package. This sensor is a laser trimmed, thermoset polymer capacitive sensing element with on-chip integrated signal conditioning.
