Product Overview

The AWM2100V is a Microbridge Mass Airflow Sensor, passive device comprised of two Wheatstone bridges. The heater control circuit is required for operation per specifications. The sensing bridge supply circuit is also required for operation per specifications. The differential amplifier is an useful interface for the sensing bridge. It can be used to introduce gain and to voltage offsets to the sensor output.
  • Bidirectional sensing capability
  • Actual mass air flow sensing
  • Low differential pressure sensing
  • Unamplified (mV) signal conditioning
  • 30mVDC at 100 SCCM output voltage at trim point
  • Straight port style
  • ±0.20mVDC null shift over temperature
  • ±2.5% reading output shift over temperature
  • 5.0 SLPM/s flow rate change
  • ±0.35% reading repeatability
  • ±1mVDC null offset
  • 5kΩ sensor resistance
  • 0.6mA maximum sensor current
