I beleive that you are looking for lead free solder paste, these are some of the Newark order code solder paste which are lead free 89C0736, 15J5588, 31M0862. ROHS depends on each supllier

Details: 
i am using the paste for soldering electronic wires in my rc airplane. my friend recommended the product but in your literature it says not to be used for electronic wiring or circuit boards. please clarify

A: 
This product strong flux for soldering sheet metal parts, bus wires to steel chassis, tinning and cleaning of soldering iron tips, etc. Not recommended for electronic or printed circuit soldering which includes passive or active electronic components.
