Product Overview

The TWR-MCF51CN tower system module is a development board for the MCF51CN128 V1 ColdFire Ethernet 32bit MCUs. It is designed to enable the addition of Ethernet connectivity to industrial and commercial applications, while providing for minimized power consumption and increased functionality in low power modes. The tower system module operates as a standalone debug tool and can also be combined and used as part of the modular tower system development platform.

  • MCF51CN128 in an 80 LQFP package
  • MC9S08JM60 based open source debug (OSBDM) circuit
  • Four user controlled LEDs
  • Two DIP switches and three push buttons for user input
  • Fast Ethernet controller (FEC)
  • MMA7260 three axis accelerometer
  • RS232 transceiver and 2x5 pin header
  • Expansion via primary elevator connector
