Product Overview

The SPC5674FF3MVR3 is a 32-bit Microcontroller based on e200z7 core complex compliant with power architecture embedded category operates at a maximum frequency of 264MHz. The device incorporates 4096kB internal flash, 256kB internal RAM, 64-channel 10-bit A/D converter and four controller area network (FlexCAN) modules. This device also features peripherals like four deserial serial peripheral interface modules (DSPI), three serial communications interface (eSCI) module.
