Product Overview

Control unplanned downtime, avoid recurring problems, set repair priorities and manage resources with an entirely new approach to vibration testing. When you need answers now, the Fluke 810 helps you locate and diagnose common mechanical problems and prioritize repair actions in three simple steps. Easy vibration testing fits easily into your maintenance routine. No more guessing your machine’s condition. Feed the basic machine information you already know into the 810 and its onboard info feature gives you field tips for setting up and taking measurements like a pro. Use it to quickly troubleshoot problems or monitor machine conditions. With the press of a button, the Fluke 810 identifies the root cause, its location, and how severe it is. Use a simple process to report on machine faults the first time measurements are taken, without prior measurement history. Diagnoses, severity and repair recommendations to make informed maintenance decisions and address critical problems first.
  • On-board identification and location of the most common mechanical faults reducing downtime
  • Fault severity scale with four severity levels helps you prioritize maintenance work
  • Repair recommendations advise technicians on corrective action
  • On-board context sensitive help provides real-time tips and guidance to new users
  • 2 GB expandable on-board memory provides enough space for your machinery's data
  • Self-test function ensures optimal performance and more time on the job
  • Laser tachometer for accurate machine running speed promotes confident diagnoses
  • Tri-axial accelerometer reduces measurement time by 2/3 over single axis accelerometers
  • Viewer PC Software expands data storage and tracking capacity
  • Troubleshoot problem equipment and understand the root cause of failure
  • Survey equipment before and after planned maintenance and confirm the repair
  • Commission new equipment and ensure proper installation
  • Provide quantifiable proof of equipment condition and drive investment in repair or replacement
  • Prioritize and plan repair activities and operate more efficiently
  • Anticipate equipment failures before they happen and take control of spare parts inventories
  • Train new or less-experienced technicians and build confidence and skill across the team

FLUKE - FLUKE-810 - VIBRATION TESTER, 0.05% 3 5 3 3
DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT We purchased this product and good luck getting the cables you need. I have purchased this product and ordered a 20 ft cable that Fluke claims you can get. However, it was ordered 8 weeks ago and I keep getting the run around regarding the cable. The reason why you cant get the 20 ft cable is you have to purchase them in bundles of 100 cables. Fluke needs to get this problem addressed. The seven foot cable is too short for rotating equipment, it puts your technicians in harms way and Fluke should know this. If you can get a vibration tester anywhere else I recommend going there instead. I am about to return the 8500.00 paper weight. Furthermore, if someone from Fluke can get me this cable within the next week I will remove my comment and even replace it with a positive one. Good Luck Fluke. August 6, 2014
great meter for properties that prefer preventive maintenance over reactive maintenance I have used this on a few different high rise buildings on equipment ranging from very old and neglected (50 years or more) to relativly new variable frequency driven pumps and fans. The results were very impressive and accurate. I have come across bearing loosness faults that were confirmed when the motor was taken apart, and fan imbalance faults on 2 different severity levels and both were confirmed when balanced(even to the amount) I would consider this a must have for new buildings with lots of bearing eating vfd's with motors that don't have isolators. Seems to be common from the last 3 buildings I have worked at including a city water plant. The machine is very easy to set up and use and after a few machines I was confident with what I was doing and when I did have a question, fluke was quick to get back with an answer I gave it a 4 out of 5 star rating only because I wish it had more options on the software, is does have a place to insert a thermal image pdf. But other than that I can not edit the layout. I would like to be able to attach other preventive maintenance info to the same file such as lubrication schedules, belt changes and other important info. May 15, 2013
