Product Overview

The SMBJ series Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode offers 600W peak pulse power dissipation on 10/1000µs waveform. It has excellent clamping capability, fast response time of <1ps from 0V to BV minimum for unidirectional and 5ns for bidirectional.
