Product Overview

The MMBT3904 from Fairchild is a surface mount, NPN general purpose amplifier in SOT-23 package. This device is suitable for general purpose amplification and switching applications.
  • Collector to emitter voltage (Vce) of 40V
  • Collector to emitter saturation voltage of 300mV at 50mA collector current
  • Power dissipation of 350mW
  • DC collector current of 200mA
  • DC current gain of 30 at Ic=100mA
  • Operating junction temperature range from -55°C to 150°C
