Product Overview

The H11L1S-M from Fairchild is a high speed Schmitt trigger output optocoupler in 6 pin surface mount DIP package. This device has a high speed integrated circuit detector optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode. Schmitt trigger provides hysteresis for noise immunity and pulse shaping to the output fed to it. Simplicity of operation is optimized by detector. This optocoupler is used for logic to logic isolator, programmable current level sensor, line receiver to eliminate noise and transient problems, AC to TTL conversion square wave shaping, digital programming of power supplies and interfaces with computer peripherals.
