Product Overview

The GBPC1210 is a 4-pin single-phase Bridge Rectifier Diode with integrally moulded heat-sink provided very low thermal resistance for maximum heat dissipation. It has glass passivated junction with nickel finish terminals.
  • 300 to 400A Surge overload rating
  • Isolated voltage from case to lead over 2500V
  • 700V Maximum RMS bridge input voltage
  • -55 to 150°C Operating temperature range
