The ZHCS1000 from Diode Inc is surface mount schottky barrier diode in SOT23 package. Applicable for DC-DC Converters, mobile telecoms, PCMIA & SCSI.
  • Automotive grade AEC-Q101 qualified
  • Maximum repetitive reverse voltage Vrrm of 40V
  • Non repetitive forward surge current IFSM of 12A at t≤100μs
  • Forward current If(AV) of 1A
  • Maximum forward voltage VF of 425mV at IF 1A
  • Operating junction temperature of 125°C
