Product Overview

The PDS5100H-13 is a POWERDI®5 high voltage Schottky Barrier Rectifier with matte tin annealed over copper lead frame terminals and UL94V-0 flammability-rated moulded plastic case. The barrier rectifier features guard ring die construction for transient protection, low forward voltage drop and high forward surge current capability.
  • High maximum junction temperature
  • Very low leakage current
  • Highly stable oxide passivated junction
  • 71V RMS reverse voltage
  • 2.5W Typical power dissipation
  • 5°C/W Junction to soldering point thermal resistance
