Product Overview

The PDS1040-13 is a POWERDI® Schottky Barrier Rectifier with matte tin annealed over copper lead frame terminals and UL94V-0 flammability-rated moulded plastic case. The barrier rectifier features guard ring die construction for transient protection, low power loss and high efficiency.
  • Low forward voltage drop
  • Very low leakage current
  • High forward surge current capability
  • Level-1 per J-STD-020 moisture sensitivity
  • 28V RMS reverse voltage
  • 1.5°C/W Junction to soldering point thermal resistance
