Product Overview

The 73614 is a X-large size blue ESD Statshield® Protective Smock with knitted cuffs. This lab coat is made from 91% polyester and 9% carbon nylon. It provides continuous and consistent charge dissipation throughout lifetime of smock. It allows operators and smock to be bonded or electrically connected to ground to prevent ESD events in ESD protected areas. The conductive nylon fibres are woven in a chain-link design throughout the material, providing continuous and consistent charge dissipation. The Statshield® smock is designed to maintain electrical continuity from panel to panel and from sleeve to sleeve in accordance with the ESD association garment standard, ESD-STM2.1.
  • Hip-to-cuff grounding
  • Minimum of 9% carbon conductive nylon fibres woven in chain-link design
  • Creates Faraday cage effect around torso and arms of operator
