Applied these definitions to comercial lamps does not agree with the "lumen" information in their packages.

Is easier by measurements and, is the way to check it.

A: 
To get the lux value, viewing angle and distance is require.

as an example- viewing angle is 30 degree, distance is 1 mtr, intensity is 3000mcd

for above parameter lux value is 3lux.
